consumers don’t shop like they used to

What marketers need to know about the new path to purchase.

Consumers don't buy products the way they used to.

The purchase journey has always been complicated but now, more than ever, consumers are moving between platforms to find the most trusted brands. Traditional customer journeys are becoming less predictable, and marketers are having to rethink how they build visibility, trust and influence.

Join Enjoy Digital and marketing leaders from some of the UK's biggest brands such as Jacuzzi, Ronseal, Valspar and House of Rohl (V+A Baths and Perrin & Rowe), as we discuss how AI is changing the way people discover brands, research products and make buying decisions, and what marketers can do about it.

Date
Thursday 1st October 2026

Time
4:00pm - 5:30pm

Location
23 The Calls, Leeds LS2 7EH
