Arrow ECS is an information technology distributor specialising in providing end-to-end IT infrastucture solutions.

Operating in over 55 countries and serving more than 100,000 customers worldwide, they have been recognised by Fortune 150 as one of their ‘Most Admired Companies’. Arrow ECS asked us to give them more oomph online, or to be more precise, analyse their existing paid search activity and then implement an effective strategy to amplify its impact.


The challenge

Arrow ECS wanted more traffic through their paid search channels without increasing their investment in media spend. They wanted to understand where their competitors were outperforming them and how they could increase their exposure to their target audience.


Our solution

We worked with Arrow ECS to get a clear understanding of the priority product and service areas across their business and got to work on auditing the paid search account. Once we had a clear idea of priorities, we were able to distribute any budgets across campaigns accordingly which meant they were getting the most exposure across key areas of the business. We then continued to work with Arrow ECS to expand their offering further.

Search goals

Following our work with Arrow ECS, they asked us to also look into their current UK Search Engine Optimisation activity and create a goal orientated strategy. We are currently working with them to improve their organic visibility in order to increase high-quality traffic to their webpages and ultimately increase leads.
