Conducting a discovery with Cox Automotive

This month we successfully completed a discovery for Cox Retail Solutions focused around the launch of their new brands and products. The discovery involved competitor analysis, forecasting, and analysing how Cox’s Automotive’s websites could be optimised for conversions. All the data and insight we gathered will help to inform Cox Automotive’s future SEM, content and display activity.

Official Google Analytics experts

Our crack team of digital marketing experts this month reaffirmed their Google knowledge and passed their Google Analytics’ exams. The team are officially geeks and the entire team is now Google Analytics qualified. These exam results reaffirm the great search work that the team carry out on a daily basis.

MAKEing something different

Our collaborative initiative MAKE also launched this month. MAKE provides an opportunity for the whole agency to get together every month and potentially learn some new skills, eat pizza and create something of their choosing, no matter how random. Sandwich ordering robot anyone?

Expanding client services

We’ve had a flurry of new recruits join the Client Services team this month! Ginny, Hannah and Mike have all brought an abundance of experience with them and have already started to get stuck into life at ED. Filling roles of Account Director, Senior Account Manager and Client Services Director, they’ll be faces our clients will get to know well.

And the winner is…

This month we held our very first (and hopefully not last) ED Awards. With categories including Best Soundtrack, Most Dramatic Performance and Best Actor in a Comedy, the awards were hotly contested. Each of our winners graciously accepted their Eddie statuette and fortunately delivered speeches that didn’t require us to play them offstage.
