We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to run a number of accounts within our expanding Digital Marketing team.

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to run a number of accounts within our expanding Digital Marketing Team.

This exciting role is as a result of new client wins.

You will be responsible for a number of paid media accounts within the agency and will work with the Digital Marketing team as a whole, reporting to the Senior Paid Media Manager.


Role Responsibilities

  • Research and build successful paid media accounts based around client objectives
  • Actively monitor & improve accounts/campaigns on a daily basis
  • Devise and implement well thought out paid media strategies
  • Design and implement tests to further improve performance
  • Keep clients updated on activity and performance
  • Make recommendations to further develop accounts
  • Provide monthly/weekly analytics and performance reports
  • Manage client budgets
  • Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments
  • Scope out the opportunity for potential new clients and contribute to new business pitches
  • Have good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience managing multiple accounts
  • Minimum 2 year agency experience


  • A proven track record in creating and executing paid media strategies
  • Strong analytical mind and able to provide meaningful insight against client KPIs and tying these back to client objectives
  • Proactive attitude, always on the front foot and going above and beyond for your clients and teammates
  • Great at problem-solving, you take problems in your stride and work to solve them with the resources available to you
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, producing flawless documents
  • Positive attitude with good self-confidence and able to show your best side and remain positive, generating good energy and goodwill within the agency
  • Highly developed organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently to ensure projects are managed effectively
  • Ability to think creatively to identify and resolve problems
  • Effective when working as part of a team, able to get the best out of those you work with
