Senior Front-End Developer

We’re looking for an experienced front-end developer to join our growing team.

This is a really varied role. You’ll get stuck in with projects, working closely with different teams from around the agency to develop pieces across a number of mediums and sectors.

Working closely alongside our Creative, UX, and Digital Marketing teams you’ll work on a wide variety of digital projects including websites and web apps, online tools, interactive media, social media and online marketing campaigns across a number of household brands in the healthcare, retail, finance, and education sectors.


What you’ll do

  • Provide day-to-day support for the Front-End team
  • Help identify and proactively solve problems
  • Work closely with our Creative team to develop engaging experiences for our clients
  • Keep up to date with technical trends, approaches, and innovations
  • Ensure that high standards are maintained from start to finish
  • Continually develop ideas and identify opportunities to innovate
  • Provide and review accurate estimates
  • Present and pitch ideas and work to clients and the business
  • Be part of a positive, dynamic, and continually developing digital team dedicated to creating great work for brilliant clients


  • Excellent HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript skills
  • Full-stack experience beneficial
  • Knowledge of Razor and Cordova
  • Comfortable conducting code reviews
  • Can produce and oversee well-structured builds
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • A desire to push yourself to succeed and help your colleagues do the same
  • Ability to work quickly to deadlines


  • Experience managing or mentoring a front-end development team preferable but not essential
  • Familiar with working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Work with CMS integration e.g. Umbraco or WordPress
  • Demonstrable experience with modern JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js, Angular, or React
  • Experience improving development practices to improve output of the team desirable
