Senior Digital Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced, organised, and analytical Senior Digital Project Manager to join our delivery team.

Working alongside our Head of Delivery, you will work with our Design, Development, content, Client Services, and Digital Marketing teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a variety of web projects, including websites and web applications, online tools, interactive media, and digital marketing campaigns across a number of household brands in the healthcare, retail, finance, and education sectors.


What you’ll do:

  • Scope, manage, schedule, and deliver multiple projects on time and on budget
  • Create, maintain, and communicate project plans and risk registers internally and with clients
  • Develop functional specifications with the development teams
  • Provide status reports to stakeholders and clients
  • Assign tasks and deadlines to project teams
  • Be the single point of contact for the internal management of projects
  • Assess project success, efficiency, and look for areas of improvement
  • Manage project trackers and identify and promptly escalate any challenges
  • Schedule and lead internal project stand ups with project teams
  • Work with teams to produce client proposals and accurate costings
  • Help mentor and support junior members of the delivery team

Skills and experience:

  • An excellent communicator who understands the needs of different teams
  • Commercially focused and driven by efficiency
  • A confident decision maker with excellent problem solving skills
  • Comprehensive experience using JIRA and other Atlassian platforms
  • Experience facilitating change or change management in a complex and fast paced agency or web development environment
  • Comfortable delivering Agile projects
  • A minimum of 3 year's agency experience
  • Experienced working within a Scrum framework
  • Proven project management experience
  • Previous experience interrogating processes, identifying flaws, and implementing change at pace, ideally in an agency or web development environment
  • Fully aware of the common challenges faced delivering web and software projects
