Senior Back-end .NET Developer

We're looking for an experienced and quality-focused Senior Back-end .NET Developer to join our growing team

You'll work closely with our front-end developers, testers and creative team on websites and web applications across a number of household brands in the healthcare, retail, finance, and education sectors.

We need someone who is just as comfortable working on their own as they are in a team. Someone with an eye for detail and a passion for producing quality work, with at least 5 years’ experience developing within the .NET framework. If that’s you, drop us your CV.


What you’ll do

  • Hands-on coding on new projects
  • Deploy solutions using our automated tools
  • Fix bugs and maintain existing projects
  • Design and implement entire feature areas and projects end-to-end
  • Work closely with other developers to design high performance and well factored solutions
  • Continually develop ideas and identify opportunities to innovate
  • Suggest ways to build on and improve the platforms and frameworks we use
  • Keep up to date with technical trends, approaches, and innovations


  • Proven development experience in .NET (C#)
  • Excellent SQL server and database design skills
  • Good object-oriented design skills and knowledge of SOLID principles
  • Experience in ASP.NET MVC & Razor
  • Firm understanding of HTTP
  • Experienced with GIT
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript
  • Comfortable conducting code reviews
  • A clear communicator
  • Can coach and lead more junior members of the team
  • You take great pride in the testing of and the quality of code
  • A desire to push yourself to succeed and help your colleagues do the same


  • Experience in Umbraco, Sitecore, or comparable .NET CMS
  • Ability to create and integrate REST GraphQL APIs
  • Familiar with Teamcity, Octopus Deploy, or other CI deployment tools
  • Unit testing experience
  • Experience working within an agency environment preferred but not essential
  • Full-stack experience beneficial
  • Knowledge of Azure or AWS
