Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for a special individual with a passion for digital marketing and growing businesses.



For this role, the following is required:

  • You will be a senior client services professional with demonstrable experience in digital and proven success when it comes to helping clients drive growth and competitive advantage through the best use of digital.

  • You’ll be a strong relationship builder, able to develop trust and confidence across both your client contacts and your internal teams.

  • Commercially astute, you’ll be expected to identify and realise growth opportunities on your accounts.

  • You’ll also be comfortable leading not only meetings and presentations but also the strategic direction of your accounts.

  • You’re a team player and will always strive to support and develop the wider team where you can to ensure we succeed together.


Skills required:

  • 3- 5 years agency experience in Account Management role, specialising in digital
  • Strong Digital Marketing knowledge (SEO, Content, PPC, CRO, Display etc)
  • Good understanding of web design and development process including; Discovery, UX,
    scoping, project management, user testing and research 
  • Strong client management and relationship skills
  • Proven ability to develop deep long-lasting relationships with senior client contacts
  • Proven ability to retain client portfolio to agreed KPI’s
  • Proven ability to develop increased revenue from their client portfolio
  • Confidence in presenting technical and marketing information in a variety of mediums to
    senior client contacts
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Experience in project managing campaigns, co-ordinating team members, developing
    timelines and setting deadlines in order to achieve client objectives
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to create and maintain well defined project plans and organised documentation
    using internal systems 
  • Ability to analyse results, identify trends and present a commercial story
  • Proficient user of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms 
  • Experience in line management and a passion for developing more junior members of
    the team
  • Previous experience managing Umbraco and Sitecore projects would be highly
  • Experience working across Finance, Healthcare and Retail would be highly advantageous
