As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be integral to the planning, execution, and delivery of a range of digital projects.

You will gain the skills needed to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. To be able to drive project success and positive client experiences.

 

Please note - this is an entry-level role with excellent opportunities to develop and grow quickly. Salary up to 25k.

Key parts of the role:

You’ll get the training and support you need to ensure you are set up for success in the key parts of the role.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.

  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional squads, providing direction and motivation to ensure project milestones are met. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages proactivity and problem-solving.

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and delivering regular project updates.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact. Proactively address issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financials, ensuring projects remain within financial targets. Provide regular financial reporting to stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet the agency’s quality standards and client expectations. 

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
