Accounts Assistant

To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper to support our Head of Finance in a dynamic and varied role.

Working full-time or part-time, you'll be an integral part of a close team, helping the Head of Finance with core tasks that help keep the agency running.

What you’ll do

  • Raising sales invoices  
  • Processing supplier invoices and business expenses
  • Credit control
  • Supplier payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with accounts enquiries
  • Assistance with month-end close, including journal entry and balance sheet reconciliations
  • General administration

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of using an accounts software – Xero knowledge an advantage
  • Positive can-do attitude
