Digital Project Manager

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Project Manager to join our Project Management team.

Reporting into our Head of Project Management, you will work with our Design, Development, Content, Client Services, and Digital Marketing teams. Day-to-day, you will support a wide variety of web-based projects including websites and web applications, online tools, interactive media, and digital marketing campaigns across a number of household brands in the healthcare, retail, finance, and education sectors.

What you’ll do:

  • Run internal project stand-ups and retrospectives, and help with sprint planning
  • Co-ordinate resources, schedule work, and help scope projects
  • Work closely with teams to deliver projects both on time and on budget
  • Work with our Head of Project Management and project manager to ensure projects are run as efficiently as possible
  • Create project status reports and project plans
  • Update clients on the status of projects and run weekly project status calls
  • Assign tasks and deadlines to project teams
  • Clear project blockers and escalate challenges when necessary
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to teams
  • Act as a liaison to the Client Services team and provide frequent project updates
  • Collaborate across the agency to improve standards of profitability, efficiency, and quality

Skills and experience:

  • A good multi-tasker and proactive problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels across the business
  • Experience of working in a team to deliver objectives
  • You value self-improvement and look to learn from every experience you gain
  • Ability to plan and manage workloads and work to your own initiative
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and personable, always has a positive and constructive attitude to a challenge
  • Experience using JIRA and other Atlassian platforms preferred (but training will be given)
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an agency or web development environment is preferred
