Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the Digital Insights Manager in our expanding Insights team, to drive our data offering forward, providing solutions to our clients data challenges.

We're looking for a meticulous Data Analyst with the ability to use data to provide actionable insights to improve online performance for our clients.

The role will involve using data from various sources to analyse and provide actionable insight to meet client objectives, as well undertaking bespoke solutions, provide market insights and manage data platforms.

Role Responsibilities

  • Implement data tracking solutions to gather appropriate data
  • Creating and maintaining Enjoy Digitals reporting for new and existing clients
  • Planning and managing build of new data projects
  • Working with project teams to define report structure and appearance
  • Work with project teams to develop KPI frameworks
  • Understanding client needs and objectives to build the appropriate use of data to analyse
  • Present reports and analysis both internally and to clients
  • Synergise multiple sources of data through data modelling
  • Automation of data processing from a number of sources, including non-standard data sources
  • Actively improve data aggregation and reporting processes, adopting new standards and automating processes
  • Identifying correlation of unique sets of data, augmenting over web performance data
  • Statisical and predictive analysis
  • Collaborate with clients and teams throughout the agency to meet project objectives
  • Work under strict data privacy rules, anonymising data where needed
  • Use various technologies to perform data tasks from cleansing to aggregation and analysis
  • Perform data tasks on unstructured data to identify trends
  • Transform data into actionable insights to inform marketing and business strategies

Skills & Qualities

  • Expert knowledge of Google platforms
  • Experience of data visualisation platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience in data modelling
  • Experience of data science techniques, including use of Python/R
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills
  • Advocate for data
  • Curious, diving in to data to find answers
  • Logical and numerate
  • Manage time effectively
  • Approaches jobs in an organised and systematic manner
  • Problem solving
  • Experience of data visualisation platforms (preferable)
