CRO Analyst

We're looking for a data driven CRO Analyst to join the Digital Insights team, using data and user insight to improve the user experience.

Our Digital Insights team is focused on delivering detailed analysis and actionable insights in order to improve website and marketing performance, leading to increased returns for our clients.

You’ll be leading a number of CRO based projects, as well as working with the wider Digital Marketing and Production teams to assist in improving performance, through journey analysis, AB/MVT testing, audience insight/research and user testing.


Role Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and translate these into meaningful and measurable tests in line with the client’s objectives
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of website performance
  • Understand clients objectives and make recommendations to improve key metrics, backed up by qualitative and quantitative data
  • Analyse data and tracking implementations to inform proposals, audits and other internal or client based projects
  • Work alongside search and production teams, to review and plan projects based on your findings
  • Present findings to teams and clients to inform strategies
  • Hypothesise, implement and monitor AB and multivariate tests
  • Manage the process of collecting and analysing qualititive data to improve UX/Usability and drive results
  • Work as part of the UX team to inform site builds
  • Be the lead CRO analyst on multiple clients/projects
  • Monitor and report of test performance
  • Plan and facilitate focus groups and one-on-one user testing sessions to obtain user feedback

Skills & Qualities

  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, ideally GAIQ
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with a number of data, analytics and testing tools
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally.
