Account Manager

If you’re looking for a new challenge which allows you to work with a wide variety of exciting clients and digital experts, then our Account Manager role is for you.

You will work closely with all departments across the agency including design, development, and digital marketing on a daily basis. The Project Management team will be on hand to help you create timing plans, co-ordinate delivery teams, and deliver projects that help your clients achieve their objectives.

As part of this exciting role, you will regularly communicate with your clients over the phone and face-to-face, allowing you to understand their business values and aims inside out. This understanding will help us deliver work that anchors back to client objectives and strengthens our partnership.

Working alongside the Client Services team, you will report to a Senior Account Manager and have the chance to constantly learn on the job.

If you have over two years’ experience in an agency and have helped clients grow through digital strategies, we want to hear from you.


What you’ll do

  • Daily client communication via email and phone calls
  • Lead on key accounts for all projects
  • Be the first port of call for your clients
  • Attend client meetings
  • Lead your client meetings
  • Lead client update calls
  • Work with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to plan your client’s digital strategies
  • Create appropriate documentation including statements of work and presentations
  • Lead internal catch-ups and client performance reviews
  • Ensure invoicing and jobs are managed through internal systems


  • Excellent communicator
  • Strategic thinker
  • Good at spotting commercial opportunities
  • Strong leadership


  • Over two years’ agency experience in an account management role, specialising in digital
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge across SEO, paid media, CRO, PR etc.
  • Experience working with creative, development, and digital marketing experts
  • Experience in line management is desirable but not essential
