Corporate and Social Responsibility

As we have grown as a business we understand the importance of giving back to the community and local area.

Enjoy Digital Communications Ltd is a digital marketing agency based in the centre of Leeds. Established in 2008, we have grown from strength to strength thanks to strong relationships with local businesses, charities, customers and our employees.

As we have grown as a business we understand the importance of giving back to the community and local area. Our corporate and social responsibility (CSR) programme is designed to be practical and represent the ethos of our business. The support from the board of directors ensures that commitment to CSR runs throughout the business.

Our CSR policy covers:

  • Employees
  • Work experience and voluntary workers
  • Community
  • Environment

To support these areas we aim to act in a socially responsible manner, considering relevant social and environmental factors. We also work to promote this attitude across the sectors we operate in.

Our success lies with the dedication and determination of our employees. Each staff member has a structured personal development plan which is based on their own individual aspirations. This also contributes to their training and development plans as staff are encouraged to train for industry recognised standards and accreditations.

We work closely with local schools, colleges and universities to provide a work experience programme. The programme provides short and long-term placements to support academic learning. Working with local charities we have built and maintained new websites to provide a channel for them to increase public awareness and boost fundraising efforts. We also encourage our members of staff to participate in fundraising activities or to suggest charities which we can look to support.

Dignity at Work

We are committed to creating a work environment that’s free from harassment and bullying, where everyone is treated equally, with dignity and respect.

Harassment and bullying can have serious effects on individuals and our wider organisation. It can cause unhappiness at work and home, stress and can impact health, family and relationships. For the company, there can be loss of morale, poor performance, increased staff turnover, legal claims and damage our reputation.

That’s why we won’t tolerate harassment and bullying of any kind.

Any allegations are given priority, investigated and disciplinary action will be taken if necessary.

We fully understand the impact our business has on the environment. We want to ensure that this impact is reduced through clear communication of our environmental policy to staff, clients, suppliers and stakeholders. We also encourage them to do the same.

We comply with all relevant legislation, regulation and requirements to make sure we act in a socially responsible manner. Our environmental policy is reviewed regularly to ensure we are constantly improving our environmental performance.
