With over 60 years’ experience, Murphy Group is one of the most recognised names in the building and civil engineering industry; specialising in large scale construction, demolition and maintenance projects.

The challenge

Murphy’s previous website was inflexible and outdated. With an ever growing need for digital presence, they found that they couldn’t compete with some of their more digitally mature rivals. With their upcoming company rebranding, they needed a website that would showcase their services and was scalable for future development.

Our solution

Using an insight led approach we helped Murphy to create a new set of brand guidelines that not only strengthened their brand identify but created a strong online presence. The new design follows an image-led approach, introduced the use of icons and other colours that complement the main ‘Murphy’ green.

Content clarity

To further support Murphy's values and offerings, we made sure the sitemap brought Murphy's services to the forefront of the website. Each sector and capability are supported by various case studies and cross promotion. This allows users to easily navigate to previous projects and news articles related to that sector, reinforcing Murphy’s status as an industry leader.

Strong foundations for the future

Murphy Group now has a brand new website that meets their digital needs and has room for expansion. The company’s rebranding, brought about through the new designs, has given Murphy a fresh and modern new look that distinguishes them from their online competitors.
