A tasty helping of social customer service for Goodfella's
They had recently launched Little Fella's, a new sub-brand aimed at parents of young children with the goal of offering healthy and nutritious meal options kids will love.
The Goodfella's brand team were looking for ways where they could engage with parents, promote their new Little Fella's range while promoting active pursuits and healthy meals across the summer holidays. This was tricky, as pizza and healthy aren't two words you usually see together.
Our campaign ‘Little Fellas Summer of Fun’ focused on crowd sourcing suggestions for summer activities and nutritious family meal ideas with prizes for the best suggestions.
We also began a twenty four hours, seven days a week social customer service monitoring programme that responded to all social media enquiries within fifteen minutes during the day and one hour at night.
The campaign came to life on Facebook and Twitter, where Goodfella's have a good level of engagement with their customers.
Our research showed that there was an opportunity for a lot of interaction with their followers, so we set up a weekly photo competition for parents to show how they keep active during the holidays.
The competition had a total reach of 2,491,102 - delicious!
Positive sentiment went up by 104%. That made everyone happy.
Negative sentiment decreased by a massive 93%. We didn't even leave the crusts!
