Bank of Ireland Mortgages knew they could count on us to help them offer their customers options on their existing mortgage be it early repayment, or switching from interest only to repayment.
Their new DM campaign was going to be sending people to look online for more information, so our job was to create a great site for them when they arrived.
Our Solution
The site needed to be full of facts and information about the different mortgage options available.
But all this needed to be given in a simple and straightforward way so customers could see how they could enjoy the benefits available to them.
To help achieve this we created an online calculator allowing visitors to quickly work out the savings they could make. It all added up to a nice and easy solution to the problem.
As well as helping customers, the site was also designed to help Bank of Ireland Mortgages by tracking visitors through the whole process. By doing this, uptake and interest could be measured and relevant messages then sent to customers depending on their actions.
The Results
The site was a home-grown success.
Not only having great interest and uptake with customers, but also helping the bank segment their customers further for future marketing opportunities.
