Hi I’m Ginny, the newest Account Director on the block. I’ve got nearly 10 years’ experience in the crazy world of media and digital but in my spare time, I’m a self-confessed crazy dog lady who loves nothing more than chilled out Sundays spent cooking and consuming (some say) world class roasts.
What is your favourite thing on the internet and why?
The Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson websites – I like to pretend that I’m ok at cooking but really it’s Jamie and Nigella that underpin all my culinary successes.
Which app could you not live without?
iPlayer radio app – I’m too over the hill to be able to stay up late and listen to Annie Mac live so iPlayer lets me catch up and cling onto my youth during the day. On the flip side, I’m a stickler for Claudia Winkelman’s Sunday evening show too but I don’t tell many people that...
Let's get cheesy... Share with us your work mantra and a quick doodle of yourself.
Be a sponge....as in absorb all information and learnings you can from the amazing talent around you (no relation to SquarePants)!
When you’re in charge of the office/studio playlist what are your top 3 picks?
- Phantom Planet – California
- Wankelmut– My Head Is A Jungle
- Louis Armstrong – What A Wonderful World
Favourite social/digital campaign by a brand/service?
I’m slightly obsessed with Christmas so it has to be the John Lewis, Monty the Penguin campaign. The way they synced up the TV ads with online, and then continued the experience in store with the Monty the Penguin experience on the top floor of their London store was a Christmas lover’s dream!!
Tell us your party trick or a hidden talent.
I’m not sure it’s a trick or talent but some say my Yorkshire puddings are the best they’ve ever had…
